Yep, I've been fighting Samsung South Africa 🇿🇦 for this whole mess, for some reason, they found it fitting to make us wait, we don't understand why and for how long, shambles😡
Nothing, no apologies, no reasons provided, just those generic replies that the agents send, I have dealt with Samsung South Africa but their mobile division needs some work, very incompetent and mind you, this is my very 1st experience with a software issue, the roll outs from previous years have been on point, no latency issue, infact, this is probably the 1st time they've had to move a scheduled date, the S20 series is giving them issues and they're afraid to tell us why😨
