Heyyy Samsung friends !! I recently got the November Security patch update on my S20fe 5g, I think that all the other users out there also received the update. 

So is there anybody who installed the update and facing or noticing some issues ? If yes/no ! please tell me so that I could install that update.

The November 2023 security update has started rolling out to Samsung's first ever Galaxy S FE handset. The Exynos variant of the Galaxy S20 FE is receiving a new update in some South American countries (including Brazil) and in Mexico, with the rollout having started on November 14.

The Galaxy S20 FE has been on the market for three years and has had its fill of major Android OS upgrades, and it has also received all the One UI updates it was eligible for, so it should come as no surprise that the latest update for the device arrives with just security fixes in tow.

The November 2023 security patch brings fixes for 60+ vulnerabilities in Android and One UI, including fixes for some vulnerabilities found on devices powered by Samsung's Exynos chips. The Galaxy S20 FE is safe, however, as the Exynos 990 isn't on the list of affected chips.

Galaxy S20 FE owners can check if the update — G780FXXSDFWJ8 — is available for their country through our firmware archive, or they can just directly try to download it from the phone's Settings » Software update menu. Alternatively, they can download the full-sized firmware from our archive and install it on the phone using a Windows PC.

If you own the Snapdragon variant of the Galaxy S20 FE, you may have to wait a few days before the November update becomes available for you. And don't expect Android 14 and One UI 6, as the Galaxy S20 FE isn't eligible for that whether you're using a Snapdragon model or an Exynos one.

Yes, I updated my phone yesterday, and until now, I have not noticed any issues or bugs. You may also update your phone ✅️
