Galaxy SSome Samsung Galaxy S20, S20 Plus, and S20 Ultra smartphone users reported having an auto restart issue, which occurs occasionally. Regarding this, a Galaxy S20 series user reached Samsung support and shared his concern alongside demanding a fix for the issue.
Going ahead, Samsung support acknowledged the issue and promised that the next firmware update will fix the Galaxy S20 auto restart issue. Alongside this, users are recommended to be on the latest software version available for the Galaxy S20 series devices.
According to the user’s report, the Galaxy S20 smartphone automatically restarts twice a day. The issue continues occurring auto reboots even when the charger is plugged in. As the issue is directly related to the usability of mobile phones, consumers want fix OTA for it as soon as possible.
This month, the Galaxy S20 series will receive the September 2022 security patch update. Therefore, we can expect that the Korean tech giant might include fixes for system bugs that are causing auto restart on the Galaxy S20 series devices.
