I'm pretty sure software update support for S10 is much better than you're making it look like here. Just because it didn't get an update in September doesn't necessarily mean Samsung doesn't care. The next update is BIG, so it's taking time. Samsung can't afford to push out hidden bugs with this update. Have patience my friend.

That's how it is. Some updates arrive in India first, while some updates arrive here a little later. There has to be balance, you know.

The S10 update is available only in a handful of countries so far. Samsung has been slower than usual with the rollout of this update, probably because it's BIG and needs to make extra tweaks for every country. Not to forget, every extra tweak means a recheck for bugs as well.
