Horrible Customer Service by Samsung

I've been using samsung flagships and the entire ecosystem from past 10 years and it has been a series of failures always.

It started with my Galaxy Buds, I had it replaced it 3 times and yet it still stopped working on one ear. Waste of money

Next, motherboard issue in my S9 Plus, not able to use sim card. Samsung told they can't fix it. Thousands of money into drain for choosing the flagship.

And finally now, Green line issue on my S22, caused by a software update. Just was normally using my phone and then locked it up and then picked it up after few minutes, I see a bright green line on my display.

I researched about it and got to know it is a very serious common issue, because of which Samsung has offered a free display replacement for devices with this issue. I felt little hopeful after I got know this and went to the service center, worst service, the guy immediately told please go to other service center and I had to travel so far and then they tell, it's been 3 years and 1 month since you've purchased the device so it's not eligible.

On what basis did they set the 3 year rule, doesn't thousands of hard earned money have any value if it's just a month old ? Ridiculous, I tried to raise this issue with Support many times with many people, all they have to say is, Samsung has set the policy and not us, we can't help. So pathetic, it's a goddam software issue for which Samsung is responsible and now I am expected to pay for it with my money and that too for being a month old. First of all, why push the software to devices if it's faulty ?

I lost all my hope and respect on Samsung, I still have the whole ecosystem with me with Watch 4 and Galaxy Buds Pro and I've been a loyal customer for years now and also recommend their products to a lot of friends and family and this is the support and treatment I get from them.

So pathetic and horrible user experience.

Now, I will never ever recommend a Samsung device again to anybody nor will I buy one in the future.

It's just horrible.

Worst User Experience for a loyal customer.
Thank you SAMSUNG 🫠

No resolution provided till date. All Samsung Support is saying is, it is Samsung guidelines, we can't do anything.

You need to pay for the charges.

I don't know how such a big company like Samsung which so many people trust , do this. Deploy a software update, damage customer's phone display and they tell we have a policy and you are not eligible and you have to pay 👏🏻👏🏻

Same issue occured with me in my S22 plus. After One UI 7 update vertical thin line appeared on left side of display and after 3 days vertical green line has also appeared. Then visit to service center, they denied for free replacement and give me Rs.19500/- estimate (Display+Battery) for repair. then mailed to customer support they also gave same answer that we can not go out of our warranty policy. Again mailed to service head they depute one person for handle my case, after that finally they gave me 50% discount and I repaired my devise. My device was in excellant condition and 2 years 2 month old.
