We're glad you reached out here with your concern. We would like to inform you that VoLTE is SIM service and it will activate automatically when you insert 4G SIM and set is in Auto mode. Also would like to tell you it can be a issue related to the sim card you are using Kindly coordinate with the Service provider for resolution.
