I purchased a Samsung S23 FE on October 1, 2024, and I regret this decision due to significant issues with the product. Samsung S23 FE is trash in my opinion, and I am seeking a refund.
In the last 5-7 days of use, I have encountered the following major problems:
Battery Performance: The battery takes 2.5 hours to charge from 0 to 100% under normal usage, which is unacceptable.
Touch and Performance Issues: I have experienced frequent hanging and touch sensitivity problems. The Exynos processor seems to perform poorly compared to MediaTek and Snapdragon options, despite benchmark scores.
Overheating: After just 10-15 minutes of use, the phone becomes extremely hot, making it uncomfortable to hold. Additionally, the battery drains rapidly, losing 12% in just 10 minutes of usage.
This experience has led me to reconsider my trust in Samsung products. If these issues cannot be resolved satisfactorily, my family and I will be unlikely to purchase any Samsung smartphones in the future.
I hope this message is taken seriously, and I look forward to a prompt response regarding my request for a refund
