Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am writing to report a recurring issue with the front camera on my Galaxy S25 Ultra, which I purchased in 2025 October and is still within the warranty period.

Issue Description:
Whenever I open the camera app and switch to the front camera, after a few seconds the lens displays a white tone, and the image quality becomes blurry and overexposed, making the photos unusable. Once I exit the camera app or switch to another app/home screen, the display returns to normal. This issue consistently occurs during front camera usage.

Troubleshooting Already Done:

Cleared camera app cache and data

Reset camera settings

Performed full device reset

Ensured all software updates are installed

Despite taking these steps, the problem persists.
