Front Camera issue

Even premium phone has such issue....very very disappointed..😑😑..earlier I had posted an issue about front camera getting off during WhatsApp call....

This camera failed popup is occurring every once a day now....

How come your camera test team haven't come across such critical issue🤐

Try factory resetting your device

Factory reset is hectic task as i would have to take backups...I think it's camera issue as I see many ppl are complaining about it in forum......Samsung should fix this issue...

Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.
Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data
Check app cache: Settings > Apps > Camera> Storage > Clear Cache.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Not working, already sent log file, I see this is faced by lots of people after launch, even after Jun update samsung unable to fix. We don't want 7 year support if you are not fixing issues.

Now support replied to visit service center for brand new phone.

Visited service center they factory reset phone and updated softwares. Worked fine for 3 days, from day 4 problem came again. I haven't installed any new apps between camera test when it was working and stopped

After June update, I didn't face this camera fail popup as of now....but front camera during WhatsApp call does get stuck....
