So before upgrading to the S23, I was a OnePlus guy. And OnePlus had this feature of locking/freezing apps in the app tray wherein you could lock an app in the app tray and when you clear all applications, it wouldn't clear the app that you had frozen. It helped with having the music app playing even if you cleared your applications.
I'm not aware of that's an android thing for a OnePlus thing, but I would love to have it on OneUI!
Thoughts?

It's already there. Just pull up the app and click on the app icon when you see the app open. Keep open option you can enable and it'll not close the app when you clear it all.

I didn't know about this. Thanks.
However, here the app just stays open. In OnePlus, you could manually clear it from the app tray, it just wouldn't close when you clear all apps from the tray.
Useful though, thanks!
