Most themes, icons and fonts are free in Samsung Themes and Galaxy Store, it wasn't before, now it is! You should check back again and even if it's not free then Play Store apps of fonts, themes etc are there for you.
Not many like mi phones, in mi max are free themes fonts etc, i checked with what u said but i only got three or four free fonts and remaining shows to be paid.
Well Samsung focused more on themes which include wallpapers and icons instead of fonts so you have to download separate applications for fonts in Play Store or Galaxy Store except the few offered by Samsung.
