I recently purchased Galaxy S26 Ultra on Feb 27 through Corporate Store and Free ADLD Insurance was included as part of pre-order offers and the same was also confirmed by a sales executive via a phone call.

I received my mobile on Mar 5, but I don't see any active plan under Samsung Care+ yet.

What is the procedure to activate the same?

Expecting a quick resolution in this regard.

I am facing the exact same issue. I too ordered S26U through the corporate store, and I was offered free ADLD insurance for the pre-order. I contacted Samsung customer care, telephony customer care, a couple of times, and they told me that it will automatically be activated and I will receive an email. I still haven't got it, and a phone which was purchased in February end through the pre-order process still no communication on the ADLD. I don't know why this gap in communication from Samsung India 😮

When did you receive this email? I still don't seem to have anything in my email on these lines. Also, did you receive it on your samsung account email ID or your corporate email ID?

I mailed Samsung Support. Got a reply stating the 45 day timeline. It's not an automated mail. So, you would've have to try contacting from your end for your confirmation I suppose

Update: I have received the email and now the coverage has been updated in the Samsung care+ section of the about device 👏 👍👌 thats a relief.
