Dear Samsung, in your next firmware update pls include a finer level of volume control for the buds. I think this may need to be enabled via the phone / device itself. I am using Galaxy S22 5G as my mobile device.

Switching off loudness normalization in both the Buds 4 Pro settings as well as within the Apple Music app (android) seems to have fixed the issue. Preliminary results but needs more testing.
