As per your query, kindly follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.
Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Secure Folder and enter your set unlock code.
Step2: Tap on Add files.
Step3: Select a data type to add files. For example, tap on Gallery.
Step4: Select the image or images and tap on Done.
Step5: Select Copy or Move. Example tap on Copy.
Note: If you move this file to Secure Folder, it will be removed from its original folder.
Step6: File copying to secure folder.
In case the issue still occurs, please register your concern in the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
