Folder color missing after one UI 7

How can I enable the folder color option after the One UI 7 update? I'm not sure if this is a bug, as I can still see the option on other S24 Ultra devices running One UI 7, but it disappeared on mine after the update.

Yes, I have seen it on other phones. But am not able to get it on my phone for some reason

I changed the theme and its back. And even after moving to my default team its still visible.

I hope this gets fixed in the next update. Don't want to format my phone for this reason.
