Hi people,

I have a few doubts regarding flashing my brand new S23 ultra which I bought from Bahrain and plan to use in India. The model is SM 918B

  1. If I flash an Indian firmware that I downloaded from SAMMOBILE (The file name - S918BXXS3AWIG_S918BOXM3AWH3_INS) will I receive future official updates?
  2. Will it be okay if I just change the CSC, I know the CSC in s23 ultra is OXM but just a doubt.
  3. The main reason why I am flashing the Indian firmware is because the Middle east versions get the updates delivered very late, plus you can't participate in beta programs.

Any help is appreciated

1) generally they don't recieve, u have to manually flash
2) yes it's okay
3) that doesn't matter because u will end up being flashing again and again

You won't receive OTA updates after changing CSC.
Also you need to flash a Firmware which is supported by the phones baseband.
