I am based in India. My device is, SM-G996U (S21+) US carrier version. I am missing out on various features like
1. No updates ever since I bought the phone. Its running with One UI 5 and Dec 2022 security patch.
2. Unable to set pin for Samsung Wallet while setting it up (probably due to CSC), No Call recording option, Unable to add Jio sim as esim.

Anyone who got changed thier phone's firmware from country to any other country or anyother firmware which enabled all these features with the help of Samsung Service Centers? Please reply.

OYN and OYM are US specific CSC bundles, so you cannot change the CSC to anything outside the US, because the bundle doesn't contain any CSC of other countries.

I have an Unlocked variant purchased from Samsung canada online store. No carrier lock or mapping. Sim cards in India working well. But samsung wallet and other services continue to route to Canadian sites.

Any solution for a unlocked phone. Non rooted . 24 ultra .

Please help 🙏
Any leads would be appreciated 👏
