Fingerprint sensor not working

In my s20 fe 5g fingerprint sensor is not working 😕 

Only white back light is glowing and doesn't work. 

If anyone had a solution for this, please help me

Go to service center they will make calliberation settings

Yesterday i go to service center and they told me to change the fingerprint sensor it's cost me 1200rs.
