Feelings of an old Samsung Fanboy(amidst OneUI7)

Dear Samsung India,

At this point I give up.. Not even hopeful for the one ui7 update on my S24Ultra.. Just make sure you get us a super early One Ui 8.. 

Let me tell you Samsung, I was a big fanboy few years ago and I am sure there were many just like me who were tech enthusiast and were excited for new innovations in the mobile industry lead by Samsung. Those days were the best for everything Samsung.. You guys used to listen to customer complaints and atleast tried to fix it even if the hardware and software was not as polished as it is right now.. 

But now it is getting worse everyday.. I am afraid that Samsung is slowly marching towards becoming the next Nokia.. And this makes me super sad that I will have to switch to Apple and invest in so much again to achieve the same ecosystem I have with Samsung..

Compared to Samsung US we have got 50% value.. atleast for resell/exchange value for samsung's own phone..

It's not about now but when you actually sell it we get literally no value compared to what iphones get in India and what Samsung US offers.. if you get the time compare the resell price of S23 on Samsung Shop app here and on Samsung US website.. you'll know what i am talking about..

Ye i see because since our phones are outdated they won't but when we get android 16 the sell prices hike yk what I mean

No bro that's not how it works.. you can check when you get android 16.. difference will still be the same..

Part4.

Honestly announcing the One UI 7 months before their actual roll out in older phones just makes no sense because by the time update hits our phones we don't even remember or care about what's new. For that Apple is spot on, announcing latest features at the launch of new phone (which often gets most viewership in the mobile industry) and hitting it to older devices in the same week. So even if someone is not using IPhone will buy a maybe an older devices because he/she wants to use some of the new features announced..

I am not really Excited by what Apple offers but more of what Samsung is doing lately.. I hope the downfall for Samsung is gradual so that everyone gets time to get out of it.. Also that will lead to Apple's monopoly in the flagship department which is also bad for all the customers..

Please Samsung Korea and Samsung India listen to our voices and go back to how you were earlier..

SAMSUNG INDIA you may start with fixing the resell offers for Older Samsung flagships - should be atleast equal to Iphones resell if not more.. And a good launch offer not the same old Hdfc card discount and pre booking 2k discount.. that was okay in 2018 when your flagship phones costed about 60k to 70k..
