Fast charging problem

My S24 stopped getting superfast charging this morning. I even tried changing the charger for more details, but nothing worked. It's frustrating

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix by Samsung team soon also charge your device in cool atmosphere then try to it's again. If Device Temps Are High Then Charging Speed Cam Differ.
Try Charging Your Phone In A Cooler Place. If The Problem Still Exists , Then Please Go To The Nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center And Report The Problem.

Hey i am also facing the same issue even it is showing fast charging but in reality it doesn't

I'll let you know infact it now shows that the charging port is moist and don't charge it with wired charger use wireless charger until then 🫩

If it is showing moist then it is better to clean the port with dry brush else visit the customer service They will resolve the issue
