Fast charging issues😭

hi i recently got issues with fast charging with my s10e ,i already wiped catch and factory reset, After resetting it worked fine for 3-4 days and now its only cable charging,i used original accessories, tried several charger but nothing,help please😭😭😭 thanks

Please take the device to the service center to have it assessed by a technician.

They factory reset it and it worked fine after 3 day ,the phone detects fast charging, but some times it on cable charge ,its on and off

Please ensure that your fast charging option is enabled as well : Settings>> Device care>>Battery >> Charging>> Enable fast charging

yes its activated,😪i think its not hardware,i read many post on forum about charging issues

well , i figured out what was the issue, it was moisture,i clean the charging port and after 3 ,4 days it was back fast charging again... , try boot up on safe mode ,put the charger in , in moisture is dectected, jut clean it and let it dry

Hi...
I'm also having problems with fast charging... it's my phone and not the charger because I've tested the charger with my wife's phone.....
Everything needed for fast charging is set right even charger is the original one that came with the phone...
