Facing Front camera Issue on S21 FE

Am facing camera mp issue in my front camera when i click a photo in my s21 fe it show very less resolution then the camera is capable. 

The camera is capable of 32mp as I saw in the specs but it always shows 7mp. 

In comments if you have s21 fe please tell me are you facing the same issue with the ss of details of photo or tell me the resolution it is showing

Change the resolution to 3:4 (32mp) when switching to the front facing camera

But I think its wierd the option of resolution is in the ratio 🥲
