FAQ : Is reset required?

In my inbox a samsung user asked is resetting phone compulsory after major oneui update or stable update?

Ans : technically not compulsory required but yes its good to reset your phone once after stable update for more refined experience.

Reset means you have to start all settings,apps, passwords,accounts from the scratch so not possible and feasible for everyone

As i experienced, it really works well when we reset once after stable. As you said yes there is down side that we have to login our media accounts again

Yes, it is good to reset after a major update, but it is not necessary to reset after each major update. I used to reset my device after getting two major updates, and this works for me.

Exactly. But i'm not talking about beta. It is not necessary Bro but stable major update comes only once in the whole year so yes its ok to format

I never said it is compulsary to everybody. I just said it is good if you format. It works well as i experienced. I use samsung flagships from many years
