Well, this feature is not exactly like true ton on iPhone. Actually, while True Tone will adjust the color of the display depending on the color of the light around you (for example, if you’re under a yellow light the screen will have a more "blueish" tint and instead, if you’re under a blue light, the display will be more yellow), eye comfort shield will adjust the blue light filter intensity depending on the time. The more the sun sets the more the display will be yellow. So in conclusion eye comfort shield and True Tone are 2 different things and eye comfort shield is more of an advanced blue light filter.
