External microphone is not working in s20fe 5g

I am using usb type c to 3.5 mm jack connector, which I bought from Samsung shop. I am not able to record audio through external mic. 

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Check phone 📳 status

3. Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).

4. reset phone
