External harddisk

When I connect my external harddisk (WD ) to my s23 mobile it is showing this error . Can anyone help.

Is it not possible to connect harddisk

Just format the drive but make sure to save it's data before formatting it

Then use another blank drive with exfat format and you are good to go

Plug it into a pc and format it. While formating choose exfat. You are good to go. But backup first.

There is drive format issue nothing serious. Btw what you trying to do exactly?

Just want to copy images/videos from mobile to Disk.

Just take backup in your computer and then copy it to your drive that's the only thing you can do without formatting your drive
