I am encountering a recurring issue with my 5G network. After using a substantial amount of data (around 4-5GB) in a single session, my phone switches from 5G to 4G. Additionally, when my phone becomes hot after extended use, it also switches back to 4G. After some time, the 5G connection is restored.

This issue occurs frequently and is not related to using my phone in direct sunlight. Has anyone else experienced this problem, or is it specific to my device?

Thank you.

Every devices which works on 5g in sunlight have this problem in any kind of phone.
5g consume high data volume so its very common and no need to worry.
I will suggest to save battery and for long phone life , use phone in 4g as much as possible.
Use 5g only when doing bookings, bank transactions and while viewing 4k videos.
Phone in order to save battery automatically downgrades from 5g to 4g specially in sun light.

Yeah, but it happens not just in sunlight. Whenever the phone heats up, 5G is lost for about 2-3 minutes.
