I'm using Samsung from note 1 series till this S24 ultra..
My opinion regarding to samsung is the one of the best phone in premium range. In Midrange and lower range, other brands are best in price and performance.
But In top end Samsung only beat Samsung, no even iphone too...
But this time Samsung has failed to deliver update as per schedule compare to previous records. That doesn't mean Samsung has failed or loosing hold on market. Samsung also very enthusiast and know the marker trends and taste more then us. They don't fail. They have good R&D team and etc. But one thing Samsung has to improve is service sector. That I have experienced that service is so delay. Takes min a week to get phone back. But now a days vivo is best. You will get phone repaired by couple of days....
But Samsung is samsung, chinese is chinese....
Samsung has trust over their customer and customer too in Sam.
Hope it continues... More over no such company came or there in the market that can satisfying 100 percent it's customer. Plus, minus always be there. And it should be. It only shows companies growth towards improvement.
Hope all in member who genuinely write and react will understand the fact.
Some are only passing time here like a other social media.
This platform is not for a such tastes.
Hope all of you got the point....
Now this Oneui 7 delay is not purposely, there is some reason behind it. That we have un aware. Company will think on a long run result, not as come and go.policy. They focusing on stability more.
Samsung is not a one day.company....
They too aware of the issue more seriously then all of us.

Please stop defending them.. accept the reality... its pathetic & unacceptable from samsung... we already waited 4 months still waiting where other brands are close to android 16 and you ppl are still defending their cheap strategies.. Stop it please this is all **bleep**!

I agree that delay happened. But this is not the only reason.to blame samsung. Don't compare other brand with samsung. If you don't like policies if Samsung then stop using and choose something else brand. It's clear. No one stops you.
