What is going on with the One UI 7 update? The delay has gone far beyond reasonable, and your silence on the matter is both insulting and unprofessional.
We paid a premium price for your flagship devices with the expectation of timely updates and consistent support. Instead, we’ve been left waiting for months without a proper explanation. The lack of transparency and communication is completely unacceptable for a company of your scale and reputation.
Your competitors are moving faster, being more transparent, and delivering better customer experiences. Meanwhile, your loyal users are being kept in the dark with vague promises and no real information. This is not how you treat your user base.
We are angry. We are tired of the delays. And we are seriously reconsidering our loyalty to your brand.
Release One UI 7. Or at the very least, communicate honestly about what’s going on. We deserve better than this.
