I recently exchanged my S21 FE 5G, and the delivery person checked my phone and mentioned the following issues: back panel loose, scratches, and dents. However, the delivery person added the back panel loose issue as a screen damage in their software, which is considered a functional damage, and this caused the exchange price of my phone to drop. As a result, I had to pay 4,350 rupees. My mobile did not have any functional damage; all the damages were non-functional. If you check Flipkart's condition guidelines, all these issues fall under the good condition category, which should have a value of up to 22,610 rupees.I GOT CHEATED
You should have cancelled the exchange. Why did you pay ?
I had similar exp 2 yrs back when I tried to exchange my laptop. In website, it showed 12k exchange, but when the person arrived, he cited more issues and now the value was 4k, so I cancelled the exchange and sold it on OLX and got 15k.
Most probably not. They consider the offered price at the time you ordered. You should have simply deny the exchange and many a times they agree to the offered price.
