Galaxy SNeed your immediate attention on a critical issue that has arisen with my Samsung S21FE (details given above). I purchased this device in October 2022, and it has been functioning flawlessly until yesterday.
Today Morning (05-Mar-2025), I received a notification for a security patch update. Following the completion of this update, a persistent green line appeared on my screen. Despite multiple restarts and basic troubleshooting steps, the issue remains unresolved. I would like to emphasize that there is no physical damage to my device, and I have always handled it with the utmost care.
Based on my understanding and reports from other Samsung users, this issue appears to be directly linked to the recent security patch update. As this problem is not due to any fault on my part, I kindly request that Samsung replace the damaged parts free of cost.
I trust that Samsung will address this matter promptly and uphold its commitment to customer satisfaction.
