After updating to One UI 8.5 ZZDD, my screen goes black whenever I make a call. All call features are visible, except I can’t see the person I’m calling.

Ise theek karne ke liye ye steps follow karein:
1. Proximity Sensor Test (Sensor Check)
Sabse pehle check karein ki sensor kaam kar raha hai ya nahi:
Samsung Dialer kholiye aur type karein: *#0*#
"Sensor" par tap karein.
"Proximity Sensor" ke samne dekhein. Agar screen bina haath lagaye Green ho rahi hai, toh iska matlab sensor update ki wajah se confuse hai.
2. Software Se Sensor Calibrate Karein
Settings > Apps > Phone > Storage > Clear Cache aur Clear Data.
Phir Settings > Accessibility > Interaction and dexterity.
Yahan "Answering and ending calls" mein ja kar "Press Side key to end calls" ko ON kar dein. Isse kam se kam black screen hone par aap call cut toh kar payenge.
3. Screen Guard/Case Check
Kayi baar update ke baad sensor ki sensitivity badh jati hai. Agar aapka tempered glass sensor ke upar halka sa bhi ganda hai ya thick hai, toh wo use block kar deta hai. Ek baar sensor wala area (top bezel) saaf karke dekhein.
4. Wipe Cache Partition (Best Solution for Updates)
Update ke baad bacha hua purana data aise issues deta hai:
Phone ko switch off karein.
USB cable se PC ya kisi Samsung phone se connect karein.
Volume Up + Power Button daba kar rakhein jab tak Recovery Mode na aa jaye.
"Wipe Cache Partition" select karein (Volume buttons se navigate karein, Power se select).
Phir "Reboot System Now" karein.
📝 Expert Note for Community:
"Bhai, One UI 8.5 mein black screen issue aksar 'Proximity Sensor' ke glitch se aata hai. 'Wipe Cache Partition' karna iska sabse solid ilaj hai update ke baad. Agar call cut nahi ho rahi, toh 'Side key to end calls' ON rakhein. Agar help hui ho toh 3 dots (⋮) par click karke 'Accept as Solution' mark kar dena! Shukriya! 💙🚀"

Bro you are right, this beta version have this bug ( No caller name visible during calls). I've seen many reporting this issue. It's a software bug and will not be fixed with resetting. Let them fix in next update.
