I have not rooted my phone, but when installation and activation it says phone is rooted. How ca we resolve this issue?

Okay before that try this...
1. Touch and hold Gpay app icon and click little "i" on top right corner
2. Go to its storage and click on "clear data"

I have uninslled the app tryed reinstalling but still no help, even tryed clearing the cache no help

No, just insalled phone pay it works.

If you have rooted your phone, secure folder will not open
Try accessing secure folder, if you can access secure folder, your phone is not rooted
