Error reporting Copy - Paste Rhetoric by support staff

What's the point of having support if all they do is copy paste the same rhetoric and not provide any actual solution?

Samsung health recently got the medication support while doesn't work on phone for which I logged an issues and provided additional Details and logs as needed to hear nothing concrete back.
