Enquiry about S21Fe latest update

Hello Members,

Just want to ask you, the issues which you were facing in the past - green line, white line, unresponsive touch, battery drain and network problem have all those got resolved after the latest patch update?

Also are you facing any new problems after this update other than that of above list?

P.S. - I haven't updated yet with this version

My phone, which is just one week old, had to have all its internal parts replaced by the service center. It took them a whole month to do so.


But still phone heats, battery drains, camera at zoom is not great.

According to them, this is just the way the S21FE device is.

Heating problem, is it there while normal usage also?
What about camera without zoom, is it clear now?

15 mins of Spotify, phone gets warm. 10 mins of Samsung phone gets warm. 10 mins of WhatsApp call phone is warm.

Samsung service says this is normal.

only solution they provide is to factory reset.

This is not at all normal, these are normal tasks, phone shouldn't heat like this.

What about the surrounding temp, I am expecting this behaviour is happening when you are running your phone in house at room temperature and not outside?
