Emergency call only probelm

I am getting emergency call only on my Galaxy s23 randomly from 2 3 days I have done everything restart getting a new sim , but that probelm persists. Also used my airtel card on other phone it works fine.

Any solutions is it hardware or software probelm ?

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

Path: Go to settings> Search emergency sos> Then turn off.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).

I have already sent error report but samsung team just replies send error report again with photos or videos ........

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
