Is there any way to fix unknown imei error. I recently downgraded my phone so now i am receiving no signal sometimes. I need a solution for non rooted device. plz help

You can only update your device using smart switch or FOTA. We would suggest you to visit nearby Samsung Service Centre in order to get your device physically inspected and get issue fixed by the service engineer.
