I am trying to activate eSIM but i dont find EID of my mobile. I navigated to 'about phone>system setting>EID' where it is seen as 'not available'. Any suggestions pl

It shows under About Phone/ Status Information. It is a 32 digit number.

Mine shows just fine.

I called customer service, they don't have enough knowledge in EID, really don't expect Samsung technical team don't know answer for this. 😔. Also spend more money on this 1TB device.

Quite true...it sounds very surprising that CC team doesnt know even basic details. Even i faced the same music from them. I dont know what to do?. My network fellow suggesting a way lengthy process which I think he gave me a random suggestion with out even listening to the core issue.
