Noticed that my screen refreshes at a constant 120Hz even when I'm slow-scrolling (eg. when reading a webpage). This is unnecessary and is probably resulting in a lot of battery drain which can be avoided. If the system can somehow sense slow-scrolling and dial the refresh rate down to 60Hz or lower, that would help conserve a lot of battery.

Other Android brands perfectly handled these as 3 options on Refresh Rates...Those are 1.High 2. Adaptive 3. Low(Battery Saver)

I do have 'Motion Smoothness' set to 'Adaptive', but the system does not turn down the refresh rate when scrolling slowly, It will stay at a constant 120Hz whether you're scrolling fast or slow. It either goes to '--' (I assume that's 0 or 1 Hz) when not scrolling, 60Hz when watching videos, but that's about it. Never seen it at 24Hz or 90Hz for that matter. It's either ' -- ' or 60 Hz or 120 Hz. All I'm saying is that 'Adaptive' should be a little more adaptive.
