Dual app not working properly

After up grading Samsung S21 ultra on to Android 12  Whatsapp  not working properly. All media files not downloading.  Please help to fix the problem.

Clear data also. If the problem persist uninstall it and install the app again. Hope this may help.

Backup your data and factory reset your device. I think this is only solution.

Even without the update many other models had this issue. I guess samsung implimented equality with this update lol.
