Hi there

I have just purchased an S22 Ultra to replace my old S20+ and I cannot see how to backup the dual WhatsApp that is running. The main WhatsApp function is working and backing up, however not the Dual Version - it says cannot be backed up. This has all my work WhatsApp's on it so I desperately need to sort the problem - all help much appreciated!!

Bro , ek ka backup leke usdo uninstall krke dekho ,phir dusre ka dusre google account pe backup le lena

In New phone bro , try whatsapp one in secure folder, othen outside it with different google accounts

Bro I have tried on my s21 ultra, I am able to backup both whatspp on different googlr accounts

Thanks for this - my immediate problem is being able to back up the Dual Whatsapp version on the old phone - any thoughts?

You can by using two different google account

Clear cache:
Menu>apps>settings>application>WhatsApp>storage>clear cache.

Uninstall and reinstall the application.

Download the latest version of WhatsApp:
Menu>apps>play store/galaxy store>WhatsApp >update.
