My s24 can not open Samsung pass and says it is a custom ROM. Can anyone please identified the information below from download mode. Is everything ok? Or I need to install new stock ROM.

Never Install this rom.
1. U will.never get samsung update
2. U will never be happy with this rom
3. This rom will give u some apps open but at the end of the day u r cut off from samsung for ever.

Best part no u turn. 😂

LET ME CLEAR A FEW THINGS:
1. If you're using a Samsung device don't install any custom ROM because the main function of a phone i.e. calling would be broken as no custom ROM supports VoLTE or VoNR in Samsung devices.
2. If you're using a Samsung device with Knox(In your case S24) your Samsung pass and Samsung wallet will NOT work ever again. Because once you install a custom ROM the chip that enables those features will self destroy itself.
3. As the chip is dead you'll not get Samsung wallet and Pass working again even after going back to stock ROM
4.The only solution is the motherboard change.

I got my phone as it is. And I am not sure that, is it custom ROM or stock ROM? That's why I'm Posting

Can you boot into the system? Then please post the software information.
From the problem you're having it implies that someone installed a custom ROM then returned the Stock ROM.

These are ok that means you're in stock ROM now.

Yeah it was brand new. And it is Canadian variant means s921w but it shows s921u in baseband and kernel. Which is american

!! That's weird.
I must accept that I cannot help you further. But the error you're mentioning proves that the firmware has been tampered with.
I will suggest you to go to the service centre and claim warranty repair.
