I'm having an issue with my Samsung s20+, there are multiple lines appearing on my screen in every 3-4 day.
We all know it's a glitch going on with android, OnePlus is providing free screen replacement because they understand the trust of their users on their devices.
Samsung has lost the long build trust of their users.

Service Policy for Line on Display Defect in Galaxy S20

  • It is decided to consider this issue for only a one-time FOC replacement of OCTA assembly along with the Battery & Rework Kit in above-said model until 30th Sep 2023.
  • .This policy is applicable only for the phones purchased within 3 years from the date of purchase.
  • The final confirmation only be done by the service center after the physical inspection of the device.
