Samsung s21fe battery is getting drained heavily while not using the mobile and even after restricting the backgroup apps. It was draining around 10% if I simply keeping it idle. Provide the resolution this is such a disgusting situation that no customer should face

And customer service people asks for huge money, Even it was a companies issue providing such bugs which may crash the mobile internal parts. Shame on you SAMSUNG

Battery drainage is the main issue in samsung mobile nowadays...m using samsung s24 plus nd m nt satisfied with the battery backup..

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
