Does powerbank gonna destroy my s8 plus battery?

I have a power bank of Ambrane which is 20800mAh in capacity. It has Output 1-> 5V=1A, Output 2 & 3-> 5V=2.1A.

I use my Galaxy S8 plus on output 2 or 3. My device charges well. The only difference is that I don't get fast charging instead I got a warning message once 'Slow charging make sure your device is connected properly'. Slow charging continues after clicking on 'Ok'. Now I make sure that device is properly connected.

I just wanted to know that is it okay to use my device with this powerbank or it will have a bad impact on my device battery strength & life due to slow charging with powerbank ?

Even after 10hrs charging also not charged fully..

it is power bank problem?
