No I dont think so, why should one move to that big island when we have that small dot only, on android.
But there are many apps on galaxy store as well as Play store which works the same, giving us dynamic island. Have you tried any of them?

Hmm, i installed one of the island from Galaxy Store last month, but used only once, after than i uninstalled it :) I mean who literally needs that pill when we have a better option instead 🥹
