Please it is my humble request please make sure your customer are satisfied with your product. After software update there aremany complaint coming regarding display problems. Please try to fullfill your customer request by replacing display for their respected smart phone. If their cell phone is in warrenty its ok ... but if they are out of warrenty period they should'nt be charged unless and untill service centre don't find any evidance of physical damage or any other default done by customers.

There is a free display replacement problem with software update at the Samsung authorised service centre. It is a one-time event. However, there is one criterion: the phone must be in excellent condition, which means it must be without physical damage and have no noticeable tint. So, if these are correct for your phone, go to the nearest service centre.

I have visited the service centre yesterday. They did examine my phone from every corner sides to find any dents or physical damage unfortunatly they did'nt find any, but they eneded up saying this issue won't be done in free of cost. I have to pay for the replacement just because my phone is not under warrenty

Am I responsible for this or Samsung.

May be I'm responsible for buying A Samsung phone.I use Samsung since the CHAMP launch. But this is disgusting after buying such an expensive phone.

Kindly do the needful and help me get it sorted.

Dear Team, we are facing issues such as appearance of green and pink lines on display after the April 2023 update. We are not responsible for damages such as these on our device as we pay a premium and haven't damaged it physically. Kindly have your India team look into this matter as we are not willing to pay high prices for parts replacement when we have not had physical damage to our phone. The model that I have is S10 and it's in a brand new condition with no physical damage. The lines have started appearing after update. Thanks

The green and pink line on display seem to be a new nuisance appearing on many people's devices. There has been no physical damage whatsoever. Samsung India team is this a new way to make money?
