Please it is my humble request please make sure your customer are satisfied with your product. After software update there aremany complaint coming regarding display problems. Please try to fullfill your customer request by replacing display for their respected smart phone. If their cell phone is in warrenty its ok ... but if they are out of warrenty period they should'nt be charged unless and untill service centre don't find any evidance of physical damage or any other default done by customers.

My samsung m52 recently installed a update automatically and since then the display is showing multicolored vertical lines, the phone is out of warranty but less than 2 years, the samsung customer service is very unresponsive and expects me to pay the cost of repair.

It's big disappointment that there is no solution if the screen problem arise after three years of completion, as the support team is not worthy of user sentiments buying premium devices from there They are asking to pay full repair costs to buyers even the device is been in excellent condition and checked edge to edge by samsung authorized service center team.
