Display problem after software update

Please it is my humble request please make sure your customer are satisfied with your product. After software update there aremany complaint coming regarding display problems. Please try to fullfill your customer request by replacing display for their respected smart phone. If their cell phone is in warrenty its ok ... but if they are out of warrenty period they should'nt be charged unless and untill service centre don't find any evidance of physical damage or any other default done by customers.

Same problem in my Samsung Galaxy A73 5G after software update

Dear Team, we are facing issues such as appearance of green and pink lines on display after the update. We are not responsible for damages such as these on our device as we pay a premium and haven't damaged it physically. Kindly have your India team look into this matter as we are not willing to pay high prices for parts replacement when we have not had physical damage to our phone. The model that I have is S20 + and it's in a good condition with no physical damage. The lines have started appearing after update. Thanks

After the latest software update, my Samsung Galaxy S20 screen ended up getting damaged. Is it possible to get the screen replaced through Samsung customer service?

Yesterday after this update, my display top right corner become flickering white light. After changing to 60Hz it's stop flickering. How to solve this. Why do Samsung ruined our phone display with update? Very disappointed.
