Im using s21fe since the last 9 months, during this time I've replaced 2 displays because of there was a shade in the display under warranty.my concern is that warranty period is expiring within 3 months.if the issue comes after warranty,then i have to pay for the display.is there any chance to replace the device?

Most probably you have to pay for it if your warranty is expired.
But you can try emailing on servicehead.in@samsung.com with your old jobsheet numbers and all the details and see if they can help you with that or not. If this solved your query please accept my comment as solution by touching 3 dots near it.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
